Cancellation after Service Activation
Once the service has been activated and the user has received access to the dashboard, the QR code, and the security code (PIN), cancellation is not possible.
2. Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds for services that have already been activated or used, except for specific cases described below.
2.1 Eligible Cases for Refund
- Technical Issues: If there is a serious technical problem that prevents access to your service and cannot be resolved within 15 business days from reporting the problem to support.
- Incorrect Charge: In case of a double charge or incorrect charge, a full refund of the excess amount will be issued.
- Failure to Provide Service: If, for reasons solely attributable to us, the service you purchased was never activated.
2.2 Cases of Non-Refundable Charges
- If the service has been activated and used.
- If cancellation is requested after the package has expired.
- If the user violated the Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy, resulting in the blocking of their account.
- If the user simply changed their mind after the service was activated.
