Nine Muses Production Studio and Metamorphosis Lab (hereinafter “Guestshots”) may modify these terms of use and conditions at any time. Users/visitors are responsible for checking for any changes each time, and continued use implies acceptance of the modified terms and conditions. If you do not agree with the changes, you must stop using/visiting our website.

1. Service Description

Our website allows users to purchase multimedia storage and sharing packages. With each package, you receive a link for a unique QR code and a security PIN, granting you access to an editing dashboard. Guests who scan the QR code and enter the security PIN can upload photos and videos (multimedia). These are then stored in your user dashboard and can be displayed via live stream on screens or downloaded digitally, or ordered as prints.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law. If you are uploading photos/videos featuring a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or legal guardian and have obtained all necessary legal consent to use our website. If you represent a company or any other legal entity, you hereby declare that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you disagree with any term, you are not permitted to use our service and must leave the website.

By using the website and/or submitting content, you confirm that the above conditions are met. Our service reserves the right to request age or consent verification when deemed necessary.

3. Accounts and Access

• Users must create an account to access the dashboard.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
• We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts that violate these terms.

4. User Content

• Users can upload photos or videos via the QR code.
• Content must comply with the acceptable use policy (see section 5).
• We reserve the right to remove content deemed inappropriate or illegal.

5. Acceptable Use

Users must not:

• Upload content that is illegal, offensive, pornographic, or infringes on the rights of third parties.
• Use the service for fraudulent or abusive activities.
• Infringe on copyrights or the personal data of third parties.
• Allow the sharing of QR code links or security PINs created for the event with individuals who are not associated with the event.

6. Copyright

Users retain the rights to the content they upload but grant us a license to reproduce it through our platform.

The website and its services are protected by copyright, and unauthorized use is prohibited. Any reproduction, distribution, or exploitation of any part of the content without our written permission is strictly forbidden.

7. Data Protection

Use of the service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, store, and use personal data.

8. No Warranties

The service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

• The services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• The content will be secure and virus-free.
• The results from using our services will always meet user expectations.
• It will be free from technical problems, such as delays or malfunctions caused by third-party providers (e.g., hosting, data storage, payment, or network providers).

Use of the platform is at your own risk.

9. Disclaimer of Liability

We are not liable for:

• Issues arising from incorrect use of the platform.
• Loss of data due to technical problems or unauthorized access.
• Damages resulting from third parties or from content uploaded by users.
• Color rendition differences between digital display and prints.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Financial losses, loss of data, or loss of profits.
• Any malfunction caused by external factors or actions of third parties.

If, despite these terms, we are found to have any liability to you, it will be limited to the amount you have paid for the use of the service.

Guestshots reserves the right to modify these terms of use and the content of the website at any time, without prior notice to users, simply by publishing the changes on the website. Visitors/users must check for any changes each time, and continued use of the website will be presumed as acceptance of the modifications.

13. Indemnification

It is expressly agreed that if any lawsuit, claim, administrative, or judicial action is brought against the business due to any violation on your part, you undertake the obligation to intervene in the relevant legal proceedings and to indemnify the business if it is required to pay compensation or other expenses, as well as for any damages it may suffer due to your prior misconduct.

14. Governing Law and Other Terms

This terms of use agreement is governed by the provisions of Greek Law, the directives and Regulations of European Law, and relevant International provisions. It shall be interpreted based on the principles of good faith, business ethics, and the economic and social purpose of the right.

If any term is found to be contrary to law and therefore void or voidable, it shall automatically cease to be valid, without in any way affecting the validity of the remaining terms.

No modification of the terms of this agreement shall be taken into account or form part thereof unless it has been made in writing and incorporated herein.

The competent courts for any disputes arising from this agreement are the Courts of Drama.
